Titan's Prototype Mobile Suit

After the coup de' tat incident had occurred in UC.0083, a special task force was established under the EFSF umbrella called "TITANS". They gained their authorities as time went by, including the data access tothe renowned "Gundam" from V-Operation. Titans' leader, Jamitov Hyman decided to use this Gundam Mk II as their flagship project, with GMII and Hi-Zack serves the lower-end needs.

With the knowledge from captured Zeon scientists and engineers, the advancement of this reincarnation of Gundam moves up a notch. First come the concept of "Movable Frame". In order to be the all-round best during the war, MSs needed to be able to swap away any damaged parts as quick as possible, including the armor and add-on options. And needless to say, this Gundam class is being upgraded by the latest in the cockpit block, with the 360 degree Linear Seat.

The test flight was secretly conducted in the colony "Green Noah" with 3 test units for the first lot. Some sources said Titans also gained access to the [GP Project] and made an early test with Anaheim Electronics.

The Model

Bandai MG PlaKit from 1998, I finished it in a week with passion (well, once in a blue moon) at that time. I was satisfied with its proportion until I noticed later in Model Graphix that this baby could be a lot better. Oh well, I still have the white one and the Super Gundam to play with (^^) The worst part of this kit lies in its shoulder socket. The polycaps don't have enough force to hold its own shield in upright position. Oh well.

Assembly/Modification

Plain old snap-it-together (^^) 100% Bandai's!!

Color Recipe

I could not remember though, basically by Bandai's guide, adding my own
flavor.

The shining actuators

They were done by Humbrol "Silver Fox", impressive eh? (Nah not really, Jock)

The Mesh Tube

I stabbed a 2mm. Pla pipe to hold it tight, then painted it with tinted blue. This method could keep the mesh tube in shape and easier to cut too.
