B-Club 1/144 scale resin kit

| Zeta Gustav is a creation of Kazuhiza Kondo that mainly appears in his Z side story as the Zeon's Gundam. Here I'm adding joints to the old fixed-pose, non-transformable kit. |

| Without the chest plate. |
| The skirt plates are really thin, thus not being able to hold spring (to attach it with waist). So a little bit of plastic in the corner is added. To compensate this extra thickness, the front armor needed to be moved into the front a few millimetre. | |

Before the ball joint can be attached, the area on top of upper legs had to be filled. Here, the white stuff is Alteco's SSP. A product resemble a combination of CA glue and baby powder. It proved to be suitable for this sort of task, since it withstand force well, but not very good for scribing details on (of which this part needs none). Those 'skirt holder' on the side is pushed into the SSP while it's still not cured. That's an added bonus of the SSP, you don't need to wait till it dries and glue pieces onto it like polyester putty, since the SSP itself is also a glue. Details I'll likely add some photoetching, and that'll probably be it. The kits already has sufficient details. My focus on this project will be on the painting scheme that resembles the cover of Kondo's side story. Something which I haven't seen done on this kit. Which means, I hereby claimed this idea first. :) |

| The additional fin detailings here are Wave's V-details photoetch part. |
Size comparrison with HG Z.
